Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great help except when e-filing has issues I went through all the steps to file a completed and correct 1040 form for Federal taxes, then pulled up last year's tax information for the AGI to e-file. My return was rejected 3 times with no explanation other than it may be your AGI. I re-verified my AGI every time to make sure something had not changed it, but the return was rejected repeatedly for some unknown reason.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Meh Turbo Tax has been a source of frustration this year. It took 3 times of having my return rejected before the software produced a field for the IP Pin and said "this is where it goes" and then I had to go through the whole process of reverifying everything. If only one non-money field has changed, I don't want to have to confirm everything again. You need to work on that UX.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saves me so much time. Easy to change. I love filing electronically, and TT lets me do that. One of its best features is that I can change a number, and then the entire form is populated by the consequences, updating the amount due or to be refunded.
