Rated 3 out of 5 by from Got the Job Done. Downloading my old forms from online so they would import to this year was a pain. The directions didn't help and it took 20 minutes for me to fall my way through it. It also didn't auto import my kids ages which had I not caught made it so I got no credit for them. Maybe it would have been caught when turbotax did a check through but still.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax gets the job done, BUT I find the service to be slow. You are always UPDATING. I also think you may not be successfully SAVING all of the information. At the revue process I was being asked to fill in answers that I think I answered. Also, you could have questioned non answers at the prime moment. I have some bad info on record. You do not seem to have a way for me to correct it. example, I have a 1099R that has been recorded as a standard 1099. Finally, STOP PUTTING TRAPS FOR YOUR BENEFIT IN THE SOFTWARE.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Problematic for 2020 Turbo Tax was extremely hard to update this year. Kept giving error messages and would not update. Had to update manually and had to search internet to find out how. Extremely frustrating. Also it use to let you work on your taxes and do the update at the end. Much better than forcing an update at the beginning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a great tool I select to have the most detailed Q and A method which takes more time, but increases my trust and confidence. I've used it for about 15 years and highly recommend it to others and have always used the CD version.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not So Good Anymore I'm not so happy with Turbotax anymore. If you need answers, there's no way to actually talk to someone for an answer, all you get is a forum. How do I know the people on the forum know what they are talking about? The State tax software is a joke. There is no information, just lists of things I need to already know about. That is not helpful! Then there is the question on your spouse's health insurance: it is illogical. If you answer that your spouse does have a high deductible plan, the software asks when your spouse lost their health insurance. What?? You have to answer "None". It makes no sense. I'm trying somebody else software next year. Turbotax is getting worse and worse.
