Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tricked Into Using Premium Though I appreciate the services of the Premium Package, there are many pages, pop-ups and clickable that trick you into using it. I distinctly remember "Figuring Which Way Of Filing Is Best For You" and I chose to DIY. I then see a charge for $119 at the end. I thank you for good services, but once you choose to do it all yourself, you shouldn't see any other pop ups to trick or misguide you. It really makes me rethink a potential usage to file next year. I've been a HUGE fan and promoted TurboTax for a long time but this makes me hesitant for the future! Thank you very much regardless-- I know you all work hard to make all of this easy and it is indeed appreciated. :) ALSO-- WHY ARE ALL OF THESE QUESTIONS NEEDED AT THE BOTTOM TO SUBMIT A REVIEW? MOST OF THEM HAVE ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful I hate being extorted. I have a tiny amount of money in a HSA so I was forced to upgrade and give this company $120. TaxSlayer said I would be receiving ~$200 yet TurboTax is saying I have to pay over $100 to the fed this year while below the poverty line. Something doesn't add up.
