When everything is straight-forward, Turbo Tax is undoubtedly the way to go. Every once in a while, a more complicated situation arises for which Turbo Tax does a decent job of explaining.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Seriously? I am a college student. Last year turbotax did help me get more money back by informing me of the American Opportunity Tax Credit. It was free last year when I got it. The fact that they waited until the very end to tell me that the AOTC was not included in their free submission this year is ridiculous. I will not be using them next year because there are other resources to do taxes for free.
