Plus, none of the info from any of my financial institutions was able to be downloaded and I can't know why. Franklin Templeton kept telling me to "try again in two days." That happened twice. Oh well. I'll still use it next year. Maybe I'll try some aspirin this time...

And the system dialogues that provide explanations about the tax codes, deductions, etc. are so helpful in understanding what I'm doing as I'm preparing my taxes. Thank you, Turbo Tax, for such a consistently great system!

When you reach the end of a section it will double check your entries and suggest options that most would overlook. When you finish you feel confident that your taxes are right, and your refund or payment is correct.
