They always help me get the biggest tax return possible. I used another similar tax service, both online and in person; neither experience was worth the time or the price. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Never gets any better, only gets more expensive I've been using the online version of TurboTax for years. Overall I find the interface cumbersome as it tries to simplify things too much. I'd rather have straightforward forms for entering information than going through wizard after wizard, and having to answer the same questions repeatedly just to change one entry at a later time. In addition, the inability to "go to forms" as with the desktop product is annoying. This year, they also raised the price of the equivalent product I've been using for years, while providing no newer benefits. Features like "Race Mode" are ridiculous, and guaranteed to induce errors as people zoom through their return process. I'd rather have this thing be affordable, straightforward and accurate.
