Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax should not charge you if you have zero's TurboTax is great,, BUT why are you charging me almost 200 when i dont have a refund and dont owe anything, Where is the discount i find this very unfair, your taking money from people that dont have money in the first place.

But again, this year you proved that it couldn't be easier. So when I see people walking into tax places, I will lament that they too think it's more complicated than it is. Thank you for keeping me faithful!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is so helpful I loved having the ability to click on links right within the program questions so I could get more information on tax terms and why I didn't qualify for deductions. The program took me through numerous questions that I wouldn't have thought of on my own.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use, but not for every tax filer I really enjoy TurboTax and I use Quickbooks, Credit Karma, etc. The Intuit programs are very easy to use. However, given I am a 1099 and new business owner, I don't feel like its possible for me to use an automated program to file anymore. Its been a challenge over the last several years to use this program as a 1099, but this year was an all day endeavor and very frustrating. My partner and I have the same info to input, however, were seeing different numbers and even different options as we sit and file together. I suggest using TurboTax if youre a W2 or something simple, but with more intricate tax documents, I'd seek a professional to walk you through the process with better question answering or utilize the package offering a live tax professional and see if its helpful. We did not, which may have been our issue, but I dont believe my tax situation is doable on my own anymore- even with the simplicity TurboTax tries to offer.
