Rated 3 out of 5 by from CD did not work. Need a refund. Bought a CD of TurboTax Premium from Costco. The program did not work right. Had to pay extra for filing online at turbotax.com. I was told by your agent that I should get a rebate to avoid paying for the second time. But it did not provide refund.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice interface, accurate, and reliable Been using premier for 10 years now, and the software is always reliable, and accurate. I check it by hand afterwards, but before I do it, I rely on the walk through from the product beforehand. Never found any mistakes, and that's what's most important. The organization of the screens into wages, deductions, etc, is very nice. One improvement I've always wanted was the dropdowns - it'd be nice if the system pulldowns would go to the option by entering the letter ("M" for the states starting with "M"), rather than having to scroll through. And a second option would be resizing; sometimes the whole window doesn't fit in one page.
