Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Easy! I love it! I used TurboTax every year for 4 years and it’s absolutely convenient. It’s completely free unless you want to pay for the extra tools they offer, but I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for the extra tools. All the information you need is on your W2. I save so much money from using TurboTax instead of paying someone else to do my taxes.I encourage family and friends to definitely use this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Should be better Overall, a good product but a couple of things that are annoying: 1) I wanted to change products near the end of the process as I didn't need some of the things I thought that I might at the start but couldn't 2) transparency in pricing as I start the process with an idea of one cost and when I finish the cost was more. 3) I wanted to see the amounts on schedule 3 for social security refund but not able to do so during the process.
