It is very useful but one really needs to be computer and tax knowledge savvy. I used to be able to automatically load in my W-2's but I guess that's not possible anymore.

However, this year I ended up paying for the service twice because I used the code and the file was corrupted and wouldn't let me complete my filling. I called the company for support and couldn't be helped by the staff person I got to answer my call. I was told that a person more senior could help and would call me back the next day. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN! I finally went ahead and filed and was billed again. I don't believe that I will use this service again if I'm not reimbursed, though I'm not holding my breath that I will be.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tax good except to print out form for our records TurboTax worked well until printing our forms. Printed very slow vs other documents and "quit printing" a couple of times and had to restart. Have an older HP printer, scanner, fax.
