Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product in general I've been using TurboTax for many years to do my own taxes. Overall, I've been happy with the product - the ease of use, helpful information, etc. One thing I noticed even more this year than in other years, however, is the push for additional products/$$$. Especially disconcerting is the last step, how to get your refund. The offer to have the TurboTax payment deducted from the refund is misleading, with the $39 processing fee almost hidden. And, making a new CreditKarma "spend account" the recommended direct deposit option seems almost predatory. I hope TurboTax continues to provide a great product and strives to be more transparent in the future.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very difficult to maneuver. Not user friendly. This was an extremely difficult version of Turbotax to use. I had to answer repetitively the same questions, along with unnecessary questions. Filled in a simple form for my elderly father. It took over an hour!
