Rated 1 out of 5 by from Liked the old Turbo Tax, too many errors this yr Had to start from scratch, had to wait becuase form not available, then error in your form caused rejection, had to wait, each time my penalty payment increased HR Block here I come!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from my taxes was accepted then rejected my taxes were rejected last week. there was a program update and now i was allowed to refile. my refund was decreased $400..not sure why. there was no explanation. at this point, if i went to a tax professional it would probably cost me that amount to have it done. include the amount that i have invested in TT , I am not happy and question if i will use TT again. Been using TT for years. My husband went part time,,that's the only thing that changed.... would have been great if TT had given me an explanation ...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Awesome when it works , else you are on your own. Everything went smooth except the last step as I wanted to enter Sched D. And there was no help and no answer to my question how to resolve the issue and I paid over $120 for this service . My advise , some company pages are browser dependent and only use microsoft IE. Else you will be in deep trouble and nobody tells you in advance.
