Yet I have to re-enter information it should already have, or go back to look up information in order to re-enter it on a different page. Considering how much it costs, I expect it to minimize my effort. No improvement over last year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from disappointed Second time that I have had problems when I have tried to file my taxes. In both instances I could not download the updates before filing. Spent nearly 40 minutes with your technician uninstalling and reinstalling the program. Detracts from the easy tax prep image.
