Rated 1 out of 5 by from turbo tax was frustrating The directions for the desktop version were quite confusing. I did all of my taxes and was unable to enter the license number. After speaking with an amazing agent for almost 3 hours, my taxes are almost finished and I started at 8:30 this morning. It only took 6-7 hours to complete and I have not been guaranteed a refund for the product I bought and was unable to use on two different computers. Your agent was the only saving grace to this situation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from User friendly and highly intuitive convenience. As repeat, modest income user, it helps me bypass long waiting lines for free "demographic" tax servicing. Learning firsthand some workings of the tax code/system is an adjunct benefit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Product but changes every year... Turbo Tax is great and really helps empower individuals when filing their own taxes. Although I am a supporter of quality improvement, I feel that TurboTax changes their platform every year and in some cases makes it more complicated. Despite this, I still recommend this product to anyone who is willing to file their taxes on their own. I hope that the stock, bond, and investment account feature can become more user friendly as this information is all around confusing based on the documents that are received from the organization.
