Rated 3 out of 5 by from Several Added Fees: should have just gone to a CPA It REALLY annoys me that TurboTax charges a $40 fee to receive your federal refund in your bank account and then a separate $40 fee to to subtract your TurboTax fees from your federal return. I have used TurboTax for the last 8 years and I will not be using them next year!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes this difficult time a little easier I always enjoy working with Turbo Tax. With all of the changes for 2020 due to Covid, it was reassuring to know TurboTax was up to date with all of the required tax breaks and benefits. It made filing much easier, and I didn't stress nearly as much as I thought I would! I would highly recommend TurboTax to any of my friends or colleagues that is looking for an easy way to file!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Y'all are dope So there was an issue that popped up (obviously because of pandemic things) with some of the papers printed from the state. I had a very very lovely service woman who helped me through the process and made sure I was all set. Very quick, very easy process. This is my 3rd or 4th year filing with you guys and will definitely be a continued user for years to come. Best filing system in my opinion.
