Rated 3 out of 5 by from Generally Good, but... I've used TT for nearly 10 years. It's usually fine, but it's been getting a little buggy in the last few versions. A few years ago I ended up owing the Feds $3k because of an oversight in the process. This year, when I chose to annualize my income (to minimize an underpayment penalty), the guidance was so bad, I had to contact a tax advisor from turbo tax, and even THEY didn't understand it. We had to calculate 'ratios' and do some fancy math to enter the 'correct' amounts. I don't believe she really had a grasp of what needed to actually be done, but the fact we even had to do all this when the software should have easily done it...???? In ADDITION to this, I scheduled an appointment with an advisor and they NEVER called (I had to call in several times till I obtained a meeting, and the process just to GET one on the phone took an hour).

I could not override some questions that required far more information that was needed to file my tax returns on paper in the past.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My first experience with full service is fantastic We were behind on our tax date. At first i tried to file it myself but this is my first time doing joint tax return. While im having hardtime to fill out all the questions since we both have our own businesses on file. When thing getting more complicated, i see that TurboTax offer full service. And it was my best decision
