Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use Using turbo tax is easy to use for anyone. Just follow the simple instructions. I did have a minor issue but called the help number and they walked me right thru it. In less than an hour my taxes were completed and printed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Gets It Done! When I filled in my documents at first it was showing my refund to be wwwwwaaaaaayyyyyy smaller then it has ever been. That was a red flag for me so I reached out immediately to one of the tax pros and Justin was GREAT!!! He walked me through the edits step by step and was so patient with me. I'm usually good all by myself but this time having you all as back up was the icing on the cake for me.
