You have made it easier in some ways, how ever, a notice for adding additional State taxes needs to be easier. my Wife works in Delaware, Lines in Maryland. WAWA takes out Maryland Taxes for her. Had gotten almost all the way thru when we had to call for help.

Everyone has been so good about dealing outside the box and understand the frustrations of non technical people calling for assistance.
