Rated 2 out of 5 by from not so good did not give directions for signing the return for a federal efile...tried to amend the unsigned return but your program just goes in circles after pushing amend.at the end it says no returns available to file.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing! The windows for education or clarification about the questions or entry was non-existent. I had to google 3 times for questions. It is worse than Turbo Tax software I used 10 years ago! Awful! Also, it is simply awful and the predatory the way State filing is presented and then charge $25. This is the last time I will buy TurboTax. It is much worse experience.
