Rated 3 out of 5 by from Be careful I have used Turbotax for 8 years now, it still seems kinda dumb with knowing information you provide it. Always watch every step and read everything carefully. Mine glitched this year "found" an error near the end and made me re-enter my W2 and it multiplied what I owed by almost 15 times. Also lived in the same state the entire 8 years and turbotax asks such dumb questions that you already answered and it makes you doubt you entered info correctly. I used the chat feature to double check and they said oh well it worked out make sure you rate me well on a survey. This is serious and not a joke I paid a lot more this year as well and I feel the quality went down. Come next year since its almost as much as paying a human to do this that is familiar with taxes I might just do it for peace of mind. Be careful
