Rated 3 out of 5 by from Way so expensive now!!! Overall I like turbo tax but Geez!! I used to pay $30.... $40 bucks to use now $200!!!!!! why so much!!?? Not happy with the crazy insane price increase. I know everything is going up but this is a huge difference. Disappointing

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Barriers Although there are some services I really like with Turbo Tax, the prices keep going up and is becoming unaffordable. Also, I wish there was a department within TurboTax that communicated directly with IRS. I find that I'm paying for services and this should be included. It is challenging to have to spend hours on the phone with IRS to get through. If TurboTax had a department where they could contact IRS directly to help fix issues, that would be great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a good experience In the last 5 years that I have used turbo tax I have not needed to pay for it but for whatever reason this year even though nothing has changed I had to pay because my tax return is no longer a simple one. Then after paying for it and thinking that they were filled on time come to find out when checking on an update for my return that it wasn’t filled. Over all I am really not happy and will be looking for alternative filling options for next year.
