Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but feels more confusing this year Still a decent experience but the software on the Mac is a little buggy and I encountered a few bugs that I had to work around. Also, some steps seem to be a bit more confusing than in other years and TurboTax really didn't provide much guidance as to the choices.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Somewhat hard to find solution to issue. I had difficulty with e-file. I needed to update my turbotax and I didn't know what to do? I think turbotax should have a step to let you know to update before transmitting the e-file. Thanks! Once I completed that step it was flawless.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unnecessarily Expensive More expensive than going in person to a tax professional at HR Block or somewhere else. Makes no sense that I pay more for less help. Used to be worth it to do my taxes through TurboTax but this is no longer the case. This is the last year I will be filing through TurboTax.
