Rated 1 out of 5 by from The product I received was not worth the payment I chose the live fulliservice experience to save time and energy. I ended up spending more time on turbo tax despite having a full-service rep than I have ever spent when I do my taxes on my own. My tax expert also took several weeks to complete my return. I intended to have these done within the first week of uploading my documents. My expert was also not responsive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXCELLENT - Have used for many years Only a few things I would like to see improved: - When the user has entered data via the Q/A method, the product asks questions in the review based on the "FORM" format. (Confusing, user not sure what form you are talking about). - When entering a 1099 data, the question "Is this a qualified plan or not" is always a problem. More info or assistance seems to be required. - when entering my Fed data, I apparently answered something wrong. My Fed review said all was well but when entering my PA state info, noticed that it was considering my retirement payments as taxable income (in PA, retirement/pension payments are NOT taxable).. Thanks for great program.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is okay TurboTax cannot handle complex tax situations. I was informed that the person helping me was locked into a set way of doing things to avoid liability. But complex tax situations do not always fit into forms.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Good but pricey I like the q and a aspects but I wish it was easier to figure out how responses translate into the actual form entries. Also, I used Premiere but still find the foreign tax info super difficult to do. Wish the import feature from investment firms actually did this

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is extraordinary Nicole kept communication with me constantly. I always knew what she was doing and what the next steps were. Second year doing the live expert option. Before I did my taxes through turbo tax on my own. With having little ones (one born during covid) this service where the live expert does your taxes for you is exceptional. I won’t go back to doing my own. With the pandemic and all the unemployment/credits this was really quite amazing to have! Nicole was the fastest. She basically got my taxes done in less than a week from when I started! Thank you!
