It was so much easier to navigate and I had someone help me through the entire process named Peter. With unemployment I was a little confused about how to file and Peter walked me through everything.

A little slow on my part, but they were great and responded with answers quickly with information and explanations I needed. Being able to save and gather information to sign back in is a very easy system. The navigation of the system is Supreme!
