Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Good BUT HIDES THE FREE FILING OPTION I've used Turbo Tax for years and the process has always been easy to navigate and understand. I don't generally leave a review but I am this year for one big reason: Turbo Tax had a whole lawsuit about charging people when they shouldn't have and this year they STILL hid the free filing in a way that makes it difficult for even system savvy folks to find. I had to go through the help ui multiple times and eventually had to back out and go through the IRS portal just to access what they are legally required to provide. This is a big problem and it will impact my interest in continuing to use this platform. If this is still an issue next year, I will no longer use Turbo Tax when I do wish to purchase services.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from More expensive, less intuitive The new screen design involves an excess amount of scrolling to get to the Continue buttons, i couldn't determine how to navigate to a particular form and the depletion amount kept prefilling even after i deleted it until i realized that deleting doesn't work - need to enter a 0 in the field to override the turbo tax logic. I also didnt like the INTs and DIVs in alphabetical order as opposed to in form order, ie. all the INTs and then all the DIVs
