Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is helpful majority of times. My major difficulty was reporting an additional form re: 1099R. The process was cumbersome. However, I was informed as to what needed to be done and I was successful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax quick and easy as usual I have used TurboTax almost exclusively since I have been doing my taxes since I was 16 years old. The step by step process is always smooth and easy to understand. They guide you each step and there's live help available if you need it. I just do a normal W2 with nothing fancy so it is fast and efile is easy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I feel like I've been had by Intuit I have no good reviews for Turbotax. It is big-business getting my money any way they can. The upcharging is outrageous. Twenty bucks here, fifty bucks there. They have no shame nor compassion

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not great for HSA or property leasing topics Difficult to get answers to questions about the application's treatment of HSA topics. TT would not complete unless I [incorrectly] claimed to have HDHP coverage in 2022. Had to go back and manually update the correct answer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost awesome While I rate Turbo tax highly, especially on easily covering so many issues. I do wish i could print the comparisons between the prior year and current, plus make it easier to find how to print the return before filing.
