Rated 3 out of 5 by from Inconvenient help system I have been using TurboTax for a few years now and I have never had any issues. I am not as satisfied this year with my tax filing due to the fact that I had to pay the Deluxe fee just to ask a tax expert a simple question that was answered within a few minutes. I did not use any other features of Deluxe other than asking a question. When I tried to call prior to upgrading, the TT automated voice system would not connect me to a representative. It should be easier to ask simple questions to experts without having to spend the $89 dollars on the Deluxe upgrade. Otherwise, I have had no issues with TT for the past 7 years.
