Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Process for Tax Amateurs This was the first time filing my taxes on my own and I was impressed about how easy it was (assuming all gets filed right!). TurboTax did a good job of explaining confusing topics or terms of art and I felt comfortable throughout the process.

I spoke to someone at Intuit who helped me correct the problem. It was so easy. no fuss at all. I will continue to use intuit for my tax purposes. They are the best. Thank you

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax needs some improvements in the K1 area Turbo tax experts need more training with how the program works, its pot luck on who you get with skill set. When you call with a specific problem it should be answered by someone who knows about that area. Ex K-1 should go to someone who knows about them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another year filed thanks to TurboTax! I have use TurboTax for over 20 years now and it makes filing taxes so simple and easy, anyone can do it. Even self-employed/business taxes can be done easily by a non-expert, because of the experts at TurboTax.
