Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is easy to use I filled out my taxes on 4/9/2021 and you need my 2019 info, I had to find it. You charged me and when I can back to finish, I had to start over and you charged me again. NO HAPPY.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Deluxe is a pretty good tax preparation I like TurboTax and have used it for years. I experienced a significant problem though. After preparing a tax return, I decided to delete a dependent child for whom I had entered data from a 1098-T. TurboTax wouldn't delete the 1098-T worksheet and caused an error when it reviewed my return.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Been Our Family Tax Expert For Several Years The state of Alabama tax this year was almost impossible to understand and several of the paid online experts through this site, did their best to try and help and better understand the issues we were running into. It was not yet resolved but they gave a lot of professionalism and effort in trying.
