Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mostly helpful Turbo tax is mostly helpful but when we had a question we couldn't find a way to get an answer. We got the message that we hadn't completed a line but couldn't find it anywhere. No way to review tax forms without printing it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Scam of a business What an absolutely frustrating process. At every turn you are prompted to upgrade to a “better” service for more money. Throughout this process I was forced to re-enter the same information multiple times because the results would not save - poor technology. Such a frustrating process created by these lobbyists for everyday people when the government already knows what we owe. Unnecessary.
