Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's alright I've been using turbo tax for years. I like using it because it's fast and easy. However I think it is a little to expensive considering I'm doing 90 percent of the work. There's no need in taking that much of my already small return.

I money to get advice and the first person picked up the phone and all l heard was them arguing with husband. I call again and I could not hear the other person 10 mins into the call. They never called me back. Then you charge me for choosing the option to take money from refund.
