And while, for the most part, I feel like I can complete my taxes with turbo tax, there's a huge part of me that feels like I'm missing out on deductions that a tax expert might find. I find the state tax section to be especially confusing. Literally none of the info from quickbooks transferred over to Turbo Tax this year...after several attempts. Last year we used someone at turbo tax to assist us b/c my husband has his own business, and when we found out that quick books had not accounted for an entire quarter of expenses (she never found that), she told us we were being unethical and quit helping us. So yeah...that was interesting.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Its fine The overall use of the software is simple and easy, but my entire return just went to paying for the extra features that I apparently have to pay for to file all my taxes correctly. I get that this is a business that is trying to make money, but as a lower income person it sucks losing some extra money to a large company.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Intuitive - Not as good as past versions This year's version would not work with my purchased premier account with my MAC Book. I has to go to an older version of my PC. Not compatible with MAC - it locked up. I had to have help from personal TurboTax representative!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Double Charged Me! On 1/22/2023 I paid TurboTax Online Deluxe 2022 $49.00. When I was finally able to complete my return on 4/2/2023, Turbo Tax charged me an additional $56.00. TurboTax Online Premium 2022 $105.00 $56.00

Rated 5 out of 5 by from THANK YOU I tried using a different return website this year and they filed to tell me that it did not go through and luckily i am broke and was looking for and when i checked and saw that it did not go through I was thankful that all my info was saved from previous years so i was done in no time!
