Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax did the job OK, but when I was stuck on an edit that would not let me blank the box out, I could not get a solution from the help section. Any live chat required a cost. Eventually I had to just figure it out and delete whole sections until it allowed me to continue. Frustrating.

Please make it easier to upload documents from places like RobinHood.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DIsappointed even more for yet another year I thought Turbo Tax was going to be more realistic with prices! WRONG! I went through Stash app and Rakutan trying to get discounts. I am paying more than I paid with a complicated tax return taking my taxes to an accountant! Total Scam! For the first time Ever I used the chat live help and she wasted my time! Kelly never gave me a direct answer to my question after 30 minutes of doign nothing! Me just sitting tryintg to use the chat box which stopped working too! I am convinced she blocked it somehow just to get paid for her time while wasting mine. So I made up a number for my question and my refund will probably be extra late again. (Last year Turbo tax proceeded with an error and my entire refun was super duper wrong by 2k!) So yea.... I am done with Turbo Tax. Fool me twice....
