Rated 1 out of 5 by from Thanks for taking the majority of my refund? The title tells the story. You force me to pay premium to file my stock LOSSES. Then essentially take the entire deduction for them plus a little extra. Might have to go elsewhere next year!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax User Since 1990 Originally TurboTax made individual forms viewable as the numbers were being filled in. But I'm not seen that option for the past bunch of years. Sure would like to see it back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast easy and confident in my tax return I have been using TurboTax for the past 3 years. I find it easier to use than the "Other guys". This year I switched from online to the App as I saved myself a few $$ buying it from Target on sale. It took a couple minutes longer to pull the information from the online account, but not bad. I'm curious how this will work next year if it will be easier to import.

Made me pay almost 200 to file my taxes when I signed up to do it for free, if I knew before I did all the information that it would switch me over to the deluxe version because I had "extra information" that they had to file then I would've used a different service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I found TurboTax to be deceptive this time. The question about using data to improve experience and share data with Intuit was deceptive. It made it look like I had no choice but to accept it. Also, I could not change it once I accepted it. For this reason, I don't intend to come back to Intuit next year.
