It is just a simple way to file taxes, yes there is a cost, but in everything in life there will be a cost, so the $73 dollars (after taxes) is worth the convenience and peace of mind. I only got $23 refund, but I know that my taxes were done right.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from SOME ISSUES WITH THE CLARITY OF THE INFORMATION I wanted the audit protection and was sent to a page that made me pay for Assisted tax return, which I did not use. I am awaiting resoliution of this issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ripoff. Don't waste your time. Could have seen an accountant in person for a lot less money and for a lot less work for half the price. Forced me to do deluxe and then charged me extra for using my federal income without telling me it was going to charge me. Not even worth the time and effort.
