Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a good experience I had a very simple return but there was no way around paying a ridiculous price for and upgrade. even with discount it was too much. Then, when I went to pay, it never popped up on the screen to pay ahead so they charged me a fee to take it out of my return. I was prepared to pay for it up front to avoid the fee.
