Rated 1 out of 5 by from Overpriced product full of bugs TurboTax walks you through collecting information needed for taxes. Then it asks to you review that information. Then it will later ask you to review that information a third, forth, or fifth time. When you are wading through many tax documents this is time consuming. It should ask you to review documents after you enter the information so you still have it on hand. My biggest complaint is this is the first year where there are bug in the system. I was asked to review the same field a dozen times and then for electronic filing not allowed to leave fields blank that the IRS form says to leave blank. I also had other fields that had text in them that TurboTax said I was not allowed to leave blank. TurboTax/Intuit has the tax payers of our country right where they want them. They know the tax code is hard (something they lobby to maintain) and because of that it makes sense to use some tax prep software. They have no motivation to make the product good. They spend plenty of time on upselling you and collecting and selling your personal data. I am getting tired of this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helpful, doable and easy! TurboTax was helpful and easy to use. It walked me through every step and took the fear out of doing taxes. Using the "Learn more" feature was a bonus! I feel like taxes make so much more sense now. Thank you!
