Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbotax Business needs improvement I used Turbotax business for the first time for a trust. Disappointment. Too many forms lacked explanation/info help ususally found in Turbotax. Also, attaching 1099 files was unsupported. I could not efile the state return. Overall, dissatisfied.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best experience I had to give an agent a chance with the free offer and I don't regret it at all. Kristen was amazing, she explained how my return worked and what she needed to improve it.

Only a few things to improve are that it gets errors whenever it tries to save and for the pricing I know it is the affordable price but still quite expensive to buy every year. It could be better if TurboTax can offer a discount from 2nd year after an initial buy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Errors Turbo Tax has errors in the Indiana State return. It listed my death date as 2021 and I am still alive. Also It does not give instructions for for filing by mail even though it tells me I cannot file electronically.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Most concerned It appears that tax return signatures cannot be e signed without scanners, cameras up loads etc... Allowing biz tax returns to be e-filed without the required signatures.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I've Used TurboTax for Years It's a great product and easy to use. I like that I can work on it over a period of days or weeks before I'm ready to file. I wish that it would work with QuickBooks Online - It doesn't. The QBO rep tried unsuccessfully to get it to export the files needed for this app but it never worked. That's the only reason I knocked off one star. :-/
