The lady that helped me was very patient (I didnt have a clue to what I was doing at that point) and we worked through it. I was very thankful for her knowledge.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is okay Was expecting not to have to pay; based off ads I saw saying file for $0, but then once I started doing my taxes at the end, Turbo Tax charged me $175, plus $40 to take the fees out of my refund. A little disappointed about that.
