Rated 4 out of 5 by from Was okay but confusing Very confusing to download pre-paid version without CD driver. Followed instructions but still somehow ended up using online version until I figured it out. I had to redo taxes on downloaded version. Then ended up owing more in Federal Taxes by about $500. What it going on with that? Would love to find out why. All the numbers checked out.
