Rated 2 out of 5 by from Still Leaves You Hanging in places It's gotten better over the years but I wouldn't attempt using if it were my first time. There are parts that take you into a dead end. I've once again had to simply back out and not answer that a box was checked in order to complete my return. I really didn't even try to get help because it's always been dismal over the years - too many wasted hours searching for an answer. This year I could get my state estimate taxes to work, in the end the only choice I had was to go back. Past years this worked fine?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stop trying to upsell me Turbotax has turned their tax return process into a sneaky infomercial. Sneaky product offerings at each button click. I'm super annoyed by all the bloatware and this will be my last year using your software

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Inadequate for couples with MSAs We have been using TT since it was on 5.25" floppies. In recent years, my wife and I have Medical Savings Accounts (MSAs). TT only supports e-filing when ONE person has an MSA. We are forced to mail both our federal and state returns because of this. Very disappointing!!

Much of the past years information I have trusted and appreciated to be brought forward was not populated. I am beyond irritated I have to look and pull up. I will not be recommending it in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax worked great for me Got a late start on filing my taxes this year. So, it went well! I was completed in about an hour. I really liked the way the Tax Forms from the W2 to the financial institutions just were downloaded into the system! The only one issue I had was the email verification when I e-filed. However, once I was able to verify the email, then it went smoothly.
