Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad product with hidden fees and built in marketin I dread using Turbo Tax. I hate the built in marketing. It is way too expensive. I get asked the same questions over and over again, process is not streamlined at all. I don't trust any of it. I hate myself for using it every year.

Had a problem on how TT input my numbers into a form, spend 20 minutes with customer service to try to figure out how to edit it, but they had no idea. Their only recommendation was to just send it as is despite the error.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax helps doing taxes simple!! Even though I have to pay taxes, TurboTax makes the process fun. I feel confident that the step-by-step process catches all the things that you have questions about. This is probably my 15th combined year of using TurboTax and don't plan on filing my taxes any other way.
