You enter all your info then get to the end and can't downgrade to Basic version without deleting all your work. Misleading forms for using your data and extra fees for paying for Turbox tax with your return.

No help with the new laws for resellers, I've been working on this for weeks I still could not understand what they wanted me to do. Googled everything I still could not find answers. Will not use this again

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax 2022 Has Poor Help In the past, I could click on "help" within the window I was working or click on the "?" next to a term or question, and I would get an explanation of whatever was on that window instantly. Now, I have to click "Help Center," which sends me to a Website that does not open to an explanation of the subject matter in the current window. Instead, I have to use the search bar which leads me down a rabbit hole of answers unrelated to the window I am on. I have always loved TT over the past 25+ years, but I hated doing my taxes this year; the app was cumbersome. There seems to be a reduction of questions asked to know if I qualified for credits or deductions... I didn't get as many credits/deductions this year and had an accountant review my taxes only to reveal I missed a number of credits and possible deductions. I was never asked a question through the step-by-step process that introduced the possibility I may qualify for a deduction or the like. In the past, I was given a link to expand upon an explanation of the question at hand but no more. Before, I felt like someone held my hand through the whole process, but this time the app provides less information at your fingertips. Now TT wants me to converse with live tax advice or search endlessly on a website. I will try TT again in 2023 but will switch apps if it returns to its previous in-depth, helpful self.
