Turbo Tax has a chat line and on-line for those seeking advice or ran into a roadblock. I was totally impressed with Turbo Tax and it made my life worry-free completing my taxes for 2020

I like the way things are imported so I can check the info and don't have to retype everything. The only problem: I had a paper jam in my printer, and my session timed out before I could get my printer back in operation. So I had to log in again and answer many of the same questions all over again. Could you give me a little more time to print my forms, please?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Getting too pricey Had to wait awhile until updates were finally in place in order to file the forms. Software is getting too expensive especially when it costs $25 just to file the state form. Going to start looking at less expensive software.
