The young lady assisted me with patience and kindness. She quickly answered my question and I was able to finish my return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes doing taxes yourself so easy I use TurboTax free online each year since I have little to report. The process is very easy. Sometimes I don't understand the wording but once I get the answer it is super easy to move on. They always find my maximum refund, whatever amount that may be. Thank you TurboTax!

But this year, I kept hitting the lowest cost, then I checked out and I was charged almost twice as much. There was no way to change it. So I am happy with TT, it is easy and self-explaning.
