Rated 1 out of 5 by from Couldn't figure out online/major flow issues First we could NOT figure out how to get the online version to work without paying AGAIN. We were SO frustrated and just gave up. Used our external CD drive and just did it the old fashioned way. Then we pulled in the files from the previous year, like we always do and then went through step by step to find that we were WAY off and it appeared that we were going to owe thousands in our federal taxes. We have very simple taxes. SO I went through everything again TWICE - making sure I didn't select something incorrectly or missed something. I was so frustrated because each time the numbers were WAY off. I gave up and went back another day, starting ALL over without pulling in the previous taxes. It would ask me if I owned a home and then not go to the mortgage section to file the form, or ask if we have someone was attending school but then not go to the portion where you enter all the data. Eventually I gave up and went through every single section. This took hours. And, now I'm paranoid that I did something wrong but can't be sure. Every single time I worked it it ended up with a different end result. This has NEVER happened to me before and I've used this program for years. Super disappointed.
