Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bait and switch, outdated, and buggy. The 1099-B import from Robinhood was irritating. It required 27 fields to review that were not necessary/empty. Manually entered to override. The lack of connection to Coinbase or other crypto platforms shows how out of date you are. The slap to the face is advertising it within the interface, then pushing your customers on to a yet another high price paid platform, Cointrack.io. Your repeated upsells at each step of the way is unnecessary and each overpriced option provides little to no real value. Bait and switch, outdated, and buggy. It works but has a long way to go.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from been using turbo tax for many years overall i find the product to be easy to use and gives me the information i need to make good decisions. Had issues this year with installation kept saying window system was upgrading . once i completed the install and completed my taxes there is no way to physically print a copy for your records 3 different locations to start printing all do the same thing. it automatically goes to preview and not print. only way is to save a PDF and then open / print. This is the easy stuff that should not be a problem

A couple of times I almost upgraded to get more help Turbo tax makes it real easy to make any changes needed. Thank you Turbo tax for a wonderful platform!
