Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Deluxe 2020 Review Had to move to Windows version since you no longer support the Mac OS version I have. Functionally everything worked okay. I've noticed there is less and less information in the Turbo Tax Deluxe interface. I think it's to try to get more people to pay for the advisor option. Also, since I had to enter input data from last year (because I had to switch OS) it was somewhat unclear on what it was asking for. One was for "worksheet 2", which didn't exist.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TT PREMIER WASN'T READY FOR USE. I have just filed my taxes. In prior years, this process was much smoother. Even after all the updates, I found that the step by step questions weren't always clear and the data downloads from several different sources weren't always complete. I had two support calls and while the experts were polite, I found they couldn't explain where some of the entries came from. I have used TT for 20 years and given, the tax changes in the pandemic, it was often hard to follow the logic and often clicking "data source" didn't take me to the original entry.
