I had to call a number of times for assistance on how to print my taxes for review prior to filing. Also, it costs more to purchase and download the online software as opposed to buying the actual disk at Costco.

The pricing and the fees are a little misleading, and to the average American filing taxes, it seems to be the most accessible software to file taxes. Never had any issues with the service itself, and how they walk you through the filing process. My only issue is that the pricing tends to be a little hidden which sketches me out.
