Rated 5 out of 5 by from Takes Fear from those 3 little Letters IRS Did not need to have a CS Rep when I filed. Total time to complete Federal and State was less than 90 minutes. Love they way they have you recheck your info often enough so that you don't get into trouble for a typo of any kind. Tax account has to charge minimum 150. for simple filing Just for Federal. I paid 29.00 just for peace of mind.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is almost awesome I would like to give your program 5 stars, however I found a few things not to my liking. I have been with Turbo Tax for well over 30 years, and I found this issue the simplest and comprehensive. What I did not like was I did not know what Turbo Tax was costing me until the very last. Not that I cared about the cost, I would have like to know in advance. Second, in the early programs, I was always able to look at the IRS forms anytime to verify entries for validity. In this program I was not able to see 1040 forms until checkout & file. And finally, I should be able go back to the previous page always. I was not able to always return to the previous page in this Turbo Tax program.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Katie the tax expert is awesome! The process is painless. When I had a question I was directed to a wonderful tax person, Katie, who patiently unraveled my confusion. Yes there is a small fee for the service, but it is worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Turbo tax It is hard to imagine an easier way to get taxes done than the turbotax system. What was once a torment, is now tolerable. To have guidance and to get audit defense nearly eliminates anxiety about errors.
